The day after getting engaged I was told sad news that meant we brought our wedding forward and we had four weeks to arrange everything. On the one day allocated to getting a dress I'd resigned myself to getting

'Thank you so much for all of your help whilst I was choosing my wedding dress! Yours was the very first shop we'd been into, and this was the second dress I tried on and I knew straight away it was the one for me.
After that, every other bridal shop felt like second best. The addition of the little lace bolero and the Halo hair slide really made the whole outfit just perfect!
The shop is lovely, the big changing rooms with the massive mirrors are perfect, and my bridesmaids and I all had a lot of fun trying everything on and drinking champagne!  Your selection of dresses and accessories are just beautiful and I have recommended you to many brides-to-be!

Being a plus size bride, the search for a dress was never something I was looking forward to. I kept on putting it off hoping the perfect dress would just fall into my lap! I was recommended Suzanne James Bridal by a friend. I knew I didn't want a traditional wedding dress so I opted for more of an 'Occasion' dress. We looked at the different styles of dresses and Ceri recommended a dress that would suit my shape and she got is perfectly.
The customer service was so wonderful.. When the dress arrived at the store, I was holidaying in Ireland when Ceri phoned and she was so excited to see me in the dress... "When I started looking for my wedding dress, I knew I wanted the ‘whole experience’, as well as a stunning dress for my big day. I had been to a number of shops and had been disappointed by them all; then I came across Suzanne James. As soon as I walked through their doors, the elegant décor, the open layout and the stunning range of dresses they were presenting so beautifully, made me realise I had found the place I had been looking for.
Suzanne and James had a vast amount of information on each of their dresses, they also had a huge range of shoes, veils, accessories and jewellery, all of which I was able to try on with my choice of gowns.
 
The pleasant surprises continued as I walked through the huge personal changing rooms.  I was so pleased to have the room for myself, my mother and my bridesmaids to try dresses in private. "I always had an idea about what my perfect wedding dress would look like, something simple and elegant made from lace. I assumed it would not be too hard to find my dream dress but after visiting several wedding shops and trying on a lot of unflattering and old fashioned dresses I began to lose hope. Then I went to Suzanne James. Wow! I knew the moment I walked in that this was the place where I would find my dream dress. The shop is filled with stunningly beautiful gowns and the staff were wonderfully patient as I proceeded to try most of them on!
